Indira Addington


Indira Addington studied theatre at The Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis, Macalester College in St. Paul, and Penumbra Theater, also in St. Paul. She recently played Nenny, Rachel, and Alicia in The House on Mango Street (Pangea World Theatre, Minneapolis and Teatro del Pueblo, St. Paul), Hafsat Abiola in Seven (Chain Reaction Theatre Project, Twin Cities), Adeline in Adrift on the Mississippi (The History Theatre in St. Paul), and Suzanne in Sleep Deprivation Chamber (Penumbra Theater, St. Paul). Indira has toured with CLIMB Theatre, Pangea World Theatre, Open Eye Figure Theatre, and Teatro del Pueblo; and has performed in many shows at the Minnesota Fringe Festival. She is a co-founder of The Unit Collective in Minneapolis.
